The Fine Brother's 'Kids React to Gay Marriage'

The Fine Brothers (Benny and Rafi Fine) boast over 6 million subscribers on their YouTube channel. One of their most popular series is the reaction videos from kids, teens, YouTubers and elders. In this installment of Kids React, 5- to13-year-old children viewed two videos of same sex marriage proposals and were then asked questions.

 

“If a person wants to do something and they can’t, that means something in your life is like impossible. Like if there was a wall all around you... It’s like you’re trapped.”

News Service Florida '06-26-13 RICK SCOTT REACTION TO SUPREME COURT DECISION ON DOMA'

This video offers insight into how the governor of Florida feels about gay marriage and the Supreme Court decision on DOMA. Scott says that Florida voters made the Sunshine State a traditional marriage state. He will “uphold the existing law of the land” as our governor. Scott also says twice that he himself is a supporter of traditional marriage and has been married since he was 19 years old.

 

“As governor of the state I will uphold the law of the land; and that's the law of our state.”

DLP at UCF's 'Delta Lambda Phi at University of Central Florida It Gets Better Video'

In September 2010, author Dan Savage created a YouTube video with his partner Terry Miller to inspire hope for young people facing harassment. The It Gets Better Project has become a worldwide movement, inspiring individuals and groups such as the UCF chapter of Delta Lambda Phi to create videos.
